There are some details we do not have on the site as you have found such as address and phone number. We have done this as we are not set up to accept phone calls and have no office for those interested to come down. While this will be set up eventually (and soon), the reason is simple:
1: It would involve overhead costs as we would need space for the office, plus staff to work at the office. Then we would need phone support and again staff to cover this, all cutting into profits. While this is the plan we are not there yet.
2: Right now there are 5 (soon to be 6) of us who are behind PPREI. We started out just doing this for ourselves and occasionally a few others. We have been on the move the last little while at various locations and countries dealing with our properties and plans. Thus we cannot have phone support as we are not available for this right now.
That all being said, this is why we have utilized the FriendlyPay Escrow system. Since we don't have an address you can come to or a phone number to call, you have no reason to trust us. At least you know your money will be safe in Escrow at FriendlyPay. We cannot accept the money and you cannot cancel it. You are safe and so are we.
If we were a scam we would be the ones to lose out as we don't get your money until you are paid back for your initial investment. If we closed up you would simply have FriendlyPay return the money to you since it is sitting in Escrow.

These rates would guarantee full occupancy at all times. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.
