"The hyip arena will never die... There are always fresh faces to replace the people who've come, learned and left. Thats how it works. Maybe its time for you to learn...

TalkGold is its own worst enemy - educating new people too quickly of course damages the hyip arena - the fresh meat will only invest once or twice before they believe you. Rather than half a dozen times+... So shortly, the hyip arena will move onto the next / new website - maybe even e-currency. To get away from the bad press (like autosurfs did) and get fresh people.

But yes, people should change their perceptions of real hyips; from running my honest attempts at a real investment (that have so far failed miserably I might add) its easy to see the massive differences between a truly real investment and a scam or ponzi scheme.

Few areas to think about:

1. Real investment programs are never SMOOTH SAILING. They're not always pretty either... They have problems from day one, they overcome them or don't and die/fail... Wheras scams and ponzi schemes are PERFECT from day one and every day until they lose all your money. -- So in some ways you want to invest in something ALMOST problematic.

2. Due Dilligence; its unbelievably easy to give DD info away if you're truly doing something honest... With my next hyip not only do I fully explain how the money is made... im going as far as to VIDEO RECORDING the actual money making process on a daily basis. Thats irrefutable proof right there!

Scams & Ponzi Schemes don't tell you ANYTHING... They usually have 2sentences at most explaining WHAT they do to make you're money... and then 5pages of information about HOW YOU DEPOSIT MONEY and then HOW YOU WITHDRAW MONEY... No actual information about what strategies they use etc etc.

They'll use various tricks; like saying "its a secret" or "we hire traders to do our work" <-- thats a good one, as then the admin doesn't need to know anything about stocks themselves.. he's just the middle man - so can play ignorant and its believable / inkeeping with the story. But its bullsh*t.. and if its not, there will be contracts to show and/or he can just bloody ask his trader for the information you're asking for. Not difficult.

NEWS / REPORTS / SCREENSHOTS - a real investment company will have lots of news... Every day they're using your money to make more; and to do that they must experience news... What companies they invested in today, did they go down before they went up, did anything exciting happen today? Even if its unrelated to the actual profit.. Something will have happened. Why aren't they telling you about it? All they say is "today we made +2%" (how? why? with what exactly?)

If its a real company; they'll be able to provide you with not just one screenshot ONE time about some trading results... they'll be able to do it every single day (it takes 1minute to do to hit ONE button on the computer & then upload that to their server by ftp). Its hardly a lot of work.. they'll use that excuse because it IS a lot of work to edit / forge those screenshots... Its easy to do, but it takes time / effort. And scammers by nature are lazy.

Fixed Payments: Any hyip that pays 1% daily or 2% daily or 10% daily isn't real. Simple as that. You can't MAKE MONEY in 1% increments... there is ALWAYS scope for losing money. As such any program that isn't variable paying; is some sort of scam or ponzi scheme or is lying to you about the risks involved.

Scams Copy Each Other: Note how stock markets use historical data to predict future events.. try applying that to hyips... especially if you've been around a while. Scammers like everybody else are 99% sheep; they just copy previous concepts that have worked well... If one hyip paid this much, had a website like this, and advertised like that - it will be copied.

(can't think of the bloody names for other examples, but there is literally hundreds). Nearly every hyip is copying a previous one; you can gage that from the General trend in how hyips pay:

Used to be 10% daily for 14days... really big and fast paying programs back in teh days of goldgames.org and poolofgold.net (both now as good as redundant/dead/abandoned!).
Then one hyip started paying 2% daily... so scammers copied that, as its "more believable"... Then some admin got bored of everyone paying low percentages every day, and they re-invented the wheel through Autosurfs, to start paying big payments (12 Daily Pro comes to mind; 12% daily for 12days).. Its all the same ****. And unbelievably easy to spot.

The latest hyip; Stoic capital... this is the same thing again; can't think of the bloody names for what this one is copying.. but there is sorta one "light blue looking scam" every year; I know colour isn't the link.. but its the same people building the same kinda design of scam every year... smart website, not too loud or in your face, same low paying programs with referrals... same amount of advertising (quite a bit, but not a full on campaign like FLO and such). But in reality; just another ponzi at best, more likely outright scam.

MAKE REAL HYIPS
I dont understand why more admins don't try and create something genuinely real... Doesn't have to be above board - take advantages of how scams are run to get around the legal bullsh*t... But make a real investment; try actually trading stocks, or doing ANYTHING to make the money... If you have any idea at all, put it to work... Set yourself up with a clever administration commissions plan so that you make money regardless... and then you can at very least give investors a REAL OPPORTUNITY to take a risk and maybe make a profit.... And at the same time; you'll make yourself some easy money. And if you're successful -- you'll make yourself A LOT OF MONEY.

Investors will moan that they might be investing with idiots who don't have a clue; but isn't that better than investing in an outright scam?

Its easy... think of an idea, build a hyip around that idea - and try. As an admin, provided you do things how you say you're doing them, you can't lose!

If you want, build a hyip/scam.. but try to run it really. You never know, it might just work... Don't pronounce to the world that you're not a scam though; just act like every other scam (as people will be more willing to invest that way!), except actually do it honestly / use their money to try and make more.. If you succeed, it will be heaps more profitable than stealing their money.

With my program; even with the investors BREAKING EVEN (not making ANY money) through my admin commissions; I can earn up to 10% of the investment capital every 2weeks... So in 20weeks, even if my investors make no money at all, I'll have earned the entire value of the investment capital.... Wheras if I ran this as a ponzi scheme; the average take home for the scammer is between 5% and 15% of the overall invested amount. (As you have to pay back early withdrawals, website construction, advertising!!)

(Peopl will say that a scam stole $500k or $1m+ - but in reality, that scammer made $25k to $75k or for $1m+ (50 to $150k) - maybe a bit more if it really saw ROCKET GROWTH at one particular stage.. but generally its 5-15%, 20% for something amazing. Not actually that much when you think about it.)
